Refund policy

1. Overview 

At ElysiLuggage LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges are handled for purchases made on our website, including orders paid using Buy Now, Pay Later providers. 

 

2. Return Eligibility 

You are eligible to request a return if: 

  • The item is unused and in its original condition 

  • The item is returned in its original packaging 

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery 

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund: 

  • Final sale or clearance items 

  • Digital products
  • Gift cards 

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear 

 

4. How to Request a Return 

To initiate a return, contact us at:

Please include: 

  • Your order number 

  • Item(s) you wish to return 

  • Reason for the return 

If approved, return instructions will be provided. 

 

5. Return Shipping 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ElysiLuggage LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments. 

 

6. Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected: 

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method 

  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider 

 

7. Buy Now, Pay Later Refunds 

If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay later provider: 

  • Refunds are processed back to the provider

  • The provider will update your payment schedule accordingly 

  • Any remaining balance, fees or adjustments are governed by the provider's terms 

We do not control the provider's refund timing once the refund is submitted. 

 

8. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email elysillcteam@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos if applicable. 

 

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly. 

 

10. Late or Missing Refunds 

If you have not received a refund:
