This Shipping Policy explains how ElysiLuggage LLC processes and delivers orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

 

2. Order Processing Time 

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). 

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions or holidays. 

 

3. Shipping Rates 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on: 

  • Destination country 

  • Package weight and size 

  • Selected shipping method 

All shipping fees are displayed before you complete your purchase. 

 

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 

Estimated delivery times vary by destination: 

  • U.S. Orders: 3-7 business days 

  • International Orders: 7-21 business days 

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control. 

 

5. International Shipping 

We ship worldwide. For international orders: 

  • Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply 

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer 

  • ElysiLuggage LLC is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities 

 

6. Tracking Your Order 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24-48 hours to appear, especially for international shipments. 

 

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages 

  • ElysiLuggage LLC is not responsible for carrier delays. 

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but not received. 

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier inquiry. 

 

8. Incorrect Shipping Information 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. 
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at elysillcteam@gmail.com.  Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has shipped. 

 

9. Damaged Packages 

If your order arrives damaged: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery 

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging 

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution. 

 

10. Buy Now, Pay Later Payment option

Orders paid using Buy Now, Pay Later follow the same shipping process and timelines as all other orders. Shipping policies apply regardless of payment method.
