These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

  • By using a Buy Now, Pay Later provider, you also agree with their terms.

  • You are responsible for the provider's instructions and completing payments. 

 

7. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ElysiLuggage LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits or data arising from your use of our Site or Buy now, pay later services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid through the Site in the last six months.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

All products under Elysiluggage LLC brand are for personal use only.  Digital products should not be resell, share, giveaway or re-distribute. 

 

10. Miscellaneous 

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Buy Now, Pay Later provider's terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ElysiLuggage LLC regarding the Site and services.
